Signature
The continuity between different media made for the McRaeathon is anchored by the rendition of Colin McRae's signature
This can be supported by the title of 'McRaeathon 2020' in different capacities, primairily keeping 'McRaeathon' and the signature central to the canvas
The ratio difference between McRaeathon and 2020 can be rounded to 5:2
McRae Picture
To maintain consistency between events the picture of Colin McRae used in previous events has been carried over an re-purposed to the new look.
Colour
The colour between events has been the biggest change. This year, instead of going for the grittier, dirty look, the team opted for the primary colour of the assets being #002191. This choice was made as a direct reference to the colours of McRae's Subaru Impreza 555 livery, the car he drove between 1993 to 1998.
Guide for blending the primary colour with images or footage
For display purposes, some previous assets were inverted for website viewing. When using the #002191 colour as a base, all foreground objects should be white.
Combination of Iconography
The 2020 McRaeathon event is being aided by the Benelux Speedrunner Gathering (BSG) who have given the McRaeathon team the option of streaming the event through their channel. The Dutch Cancer Society (DCS), linked with BSG has been chosen as this years chosen charity that donations will be put forward to. This meant additional care with using their properties had to be taken.
